About Sheri
Ms. McAllister joined Clemmons Law Firm in 2020. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (undergraduate), the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D.), and the University of Aberdeen Faculty of Law (LL.M – International Commercial Law) in Scotland.
Sheri is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Small Business Administration. Before returning to the states for private practice, she did an internship for a Solicitor’s firm in Manchester, England (general practice).
Sheri’s focus is currently in the area of Bankruptcy and Community Association Law.
Sheri also enjoys volunteer work for the South Carolina Bar Association in the form of free legal clinics and pro bono work.

Fun Fact
Sheri and her husband have an affinity for Scotland and count it as their favorite destination abroad. They spent their honeymoon in Scotland and have returned many times over the years. They recently returned to Scotland to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, and for Sheri to speak to undergraduate law students about the practice of law in the United States.
